ExploreScout stores only the information needed to provide secure accounts, saved outreach queues, campaign settings, and progress tracking.

We may store your account email address, account name, authentication details supplied by the sign-in provider, prospect email addresses you import, generated brand names, campaign subject and message, queue status, and activity timestamps.
Your information is used to authenticate you, keep each workspace private, save your campaign, restore your queue, calculate progress, provide owner-only account administration, prevent abuse, and respond to support or deletion requests.
ExploreScout uses Supabase for authentication, Resend for account emails, Google for optional Google Sign-In, and the site hosting platform for delivering the application. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.
ExploreScout does not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate the app, or when disclosure is legally required.
Account and workspace data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. After your identity is verified, BAMS Support will process removal of the account and associated ExploreScout workspace data, except information that must legally be retained.
